Learn how to grind wheat into flour using the grist mill and make fresh butter using the churn, while surrounded in Fort Dauphin history. Learn from a local expert how bread is made in a clay oven, and then taste the bread that you've made with your just-made butter, homemade jams and local honey. Take a loaf home with you! Enjoy culture and history with local experts and story tellers!
