The launch of www.tourismdauphin.ca marks a fresh beginning for us at Tourism Dauphin.  Our vibrant tourism industry is a source of pride, from traditional avenues such as festivals and events, to other sources such as sport tourism and business travelers.  Dauphin has much to offer and I am proud to share it with you.  I think you will be surprised by how vibrant our community is and by how much there is to do!

From our community owned Countryfest Community Cinema, to a third place ranking in the World Fishing Network’s Ultimate Fishing Town Contest and an immensely successful 2010 RBC Cup National Junior A Hockey Championship, Dauphin’s community spirit is subtle but it lies deep; always there when it is needed the most. 

The assets we have make it easy to be proud…diverse backgrounds and cultures, historic significance, a beautiful mixture of heritage buildings and progressive structures, lakes, a National Park, fields of gold,  and wildlife all around.  And music!  We have countless concerts featuring names that rival the best venues in larger centres.
